Hello! I'm new to the forum. I have order some supreme shine microfiber and drying towels online. I waited over a week and I called customer service. The guy told me the towels are on back order. Does this happens to anyone else? I have been disappointed on my first order.

Well I guess they are quite popular. Honestly the meguiar's customer service is some of the best i've had. I called them once when I accidently entered my credit card # wrong and they fixed it and are superrrr nice so honestly just tell them how you feel maybe they'll refund the shipping cost or somethin ya never know.02 Ford F250 Super Duty
