    Touch-up paint, I'm looking for details

    Before I strip off my present finish and rebuild it for spring I have some chips in the paint that I would like to take care of but I can't find any 'How-to' write-ups. I'm sure that there are some tricks in applying the paint, and then the clear coat but I am unable to locate what I need?

    I need your help so please be gentle and tell me where to go.
