So a coke exploded on the inside or my brothers passanger side window. What do yall think the best means of attack would be to get rid of the coke? (it makes a very annoying sound when it goes up and down)

Re: Exploding COke
I would stick with a good glass cleaner intended for use on automotive windows (NXT comes to mind) and some elbow grease. Years ago, my mother had a case of Sprite cans explode in the back of her Blazer in the middle of July. 24 cans of hot, sticky, lemon lime napalm. Guess who got to clean it up? Re: Exploding COke
Use plain old water. Use a terry cloth towel, soak it in warm water, wring it out slightly and wash the window. Then do it again about ten times. Coke is just a water based sugar solution with coloring and flavors. You have to disolve and remove the sugars. They are not only sticky, they are corrosive. After all the Coke is gone wipe the area dry. Note; the same method should be used to get the Coke off of door panels and carpet. You are using the water to dilute the Coke down to a zero concentration. That is why it take so many applications of water & towel.

Re: Exploding COke
Just when I was thinking how often I see the same questions pop up (it must be even worse for Mike Phillips), along comes this. Lol.
Water is the key in cleaning this up, as someone else mentioned.Lydia's Mobile Detailing
