Removing Water Marks on Chrome??

So I looked around a bit and didn't really find a whole lot of information on this, but then again I didn't take tons of time so there might be some stuff out there. I was curious as to what are the best ways to accomplish this, can it be done by hand? or should I be using my DA? also what products are most effective for removing these water marks on chrome?

I have used #80 by hand on my chrome wheels with good results.
