cheap terry towels and Mf..?

I've read some where, that cheap bundle packs, of terry towels bought at discount stores. Have wood chips in them, is this fact or fiction...?

Its plausible. If they are not sealed in some way, there would be many ways wood and other **** could get stuck in them. Just dropping them on the floor in the store would cause things to get stuck in them.

I purchased some from costco this week and they're completely sealed besides one hole in the bag to let consumers feel the difference between MF and other products. I always do a pre-wash on my new MF anyways, but I've never had any problems with costco MF.

I agree with cincybungle, Whenever I get new towels or applicators wash first so you will not be sorry later.

That sounds like an isolated incident. I've got some from Target and Wal-Mart and they seem flawless, as to those I bought online at AutoGeek with my PC.

My first MF towel was a golf towel, said to absorb 7 times it's weight in water. Sure does the job keeping the clubs wiped clean. Now, it that case we all know where the wood chips would originate.

Hey Chex, are those MF towels form costco the Eurow brand?

I don't remember since I just bought them and just saw that they were imported from china. however I wax very impressed when I first used them, and If th company you told me about, makes them...MAN! they make pretty good quality towels.

The problem is that my local Costco in Aguascalientes Mexico doesn't have them so I'll have to ask my sister to buy me some and bring them to me in her next visit here ....or maybe I'll ask my local costco if they can bring them down.

I don't think the ones they're selling now are. I bought a bunch back when they were.

They have sold Eurow mf mitts recently.

i have been asking a lot of times but i cannot seem to get an answer..
Can the Cobra towels be trusted? I have used them on two cars, but they are really thin and i am kinda nervous about using them..

The Cobra MFs seem to work good for me they are a bit thin but if you fold them twice its not so bad, the only thing I don't like about it is the size but it still gets the job done so I'd say its just ok.
