Black car help...

my black paint used to be shiney/glossy... without scratches

but after the winter snow and stuff, there's small scratches. the paint isn't what it used to be

i was thinking Meguiar's clay kit... followed by a wax or polish... not sure

First, are you going to be working by hand or PC?
