M80,M83,M7,DC1,DC2 need not wait for it to dry.
Nxt & DC3 u have to wait for it to haze/dry.
All u mentioned can be use with the Bosch RO. Wiping it off, whichever way seems easier with u. Either using by hand or MF with the machine is fine. But when working with cleaner polishes such as M80,M83,DC1,DC2 I find it easier using hand as U need not keep on changing to the MF bonnet pads....
