ScratchX and wax step

Hi,

I wanna ask something coz I'm new with these stuff. To remove swirls on my boot, which starting first ? scratchX or wax ?
Please let me know the step to make the car looks glossy with Meguiers' products.

Scratch X would be your first step if working by hand.

What's "#7" ?

and i read that NXT shouldn't be used over a polish...i was looking at using the Deep Crystal polish.

Nxt, or any other Meguairs wax, can definately be used over a polish.

#7 - is a polish.

i've never had a problem with NXT over 7.

Paint Polish
Wax

Deep Crystal is a good system if you don't have any swirls or very light swirls.

I plan on:

clay
scratch x (to the entire vehicle to remove swirl marks on the civic...or would deep crystal paint cleaner be better?)

To remove swirls, you'll need ScratchX.

But it will take a good bit of work and effort, so dont plan to do it all in one day, and dont rush.

well, i have
Clay (two small bars in the kit...disappointing)

will try to get to it in the next few weeks.
i have a rotary type polisher, but i think i'm going to do it all by hand.
