So which is better?

Hey guys, I'm looking to get a couple of products from ADS, particularly from the Detailer line and I'm really interested in the Degreasers. After looking at both degreasers, which one have you had the better experience with? Meguiars Safe Degreaser or Meguiars Super Degreaser? Also, hows the All Season Dressings? Thanks.

All Season Dressing is great.

What are you working on with the Degreasers? Obviously the safe is milder, so are you working in any delicate areas? I think a lot of people use the Safe-Degreaser for that reason, in case it hits a delicate surface.

Murr- The degreasers will be used to clean my cars engine bay, which I'm sure hasn't been cleaned since it was bought. So lets say...10 years worth of dirt haha.

i have ALL SEASON DRESSING. works awesome.

in terms of degreaser. i use SAFE DEGREASER, just in case.

b/c you NEVER KNOW. i use it on a cloth for my engine bay or under the wheel well and the springs etc...works well. dilute though. but if you order from ADS, they'll tell you the proper ratios for what strength you want.

I used safe degreaser for my first time cleaning the engine compartment of my Subie. I mixed it at 4:1. It worked pretty good taking off the dirt, but there were some areas that took more scrubbing than I was hoping for. That said, Super Degreaser may be good for spot cleaning under the hood.

I used Hyperdressing under the hood and it looked awesome. Pretty easy to maintain by wiping with Hyperdressing to maintain as well.

I'll be ordering some ASD next time I order. I'd like to give it a try on the outside of the car like others are using it for. Probably give it a go on the tires too.

the safe degreaser is awsome. the super is better, but be aware that the super degreaser causes immediate resporitory distress if you breath it in so wear the correct safety equipment.(this comes from personal experiance) be careful. read the MSDS sheets on all the chemicals you buy BEFORE you use them!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
