  • Where to return defective product

Just had an interesting email exchange with Brian Hann. I copied the last part of our correspondence. Thought people should be aware of this when they buy from places other than direct from Meg's. This is quote is exactly how it was written, I just cut & pasted:

Just so you know normally if you buy through ADS you would return your items to ADS, but since this is known manufacturing issue we agreed to handle ADS's returns for M21.

This is a normal business policy for most, if not all businesses, as we have distributors all around the world.

Have you successfully resolved your return?

I think you can find a post where he listed the problem by clicking on his member profile and searching through his posts.

Sorry I didn't reply sooner, busy at work.

The problem I had with M21 was product seperation. I bought the M21 about 3 or 4 months ago from ADS and did my truck a couple times with it. Didn't touch it for about 1 month since it started getting cold here. I had a small amount of product stored in a clear ketchup bottle that I use to put it on the pad. I looked at the bottle recently and could see 3 or 4 distinct layers. Shaking it up really good didn't put it back together again.

Contacted Meg's customer support and they sent be a new 2qt bottle.

It's snowing here & I don't have a garage so it will sit on my shelf until spring. Hope this batch doesn't seperate!
