Has anyone tried one of these clay buffer pads. I found one in the Griot's catalog. I'm just curious at the results. I find claying to be fairly easy, but anything to speed up the process would help.
But this product really concerns me. 1. What if the clay flew off - ruined claybar $28 for the size that fits it. 2. Wouldn't this trap the dirty QD? 3. If you used this at any speed, wouldn't the clay start to fall apart into little chunks? 4. Wouldn't this be really hard - holding buffer in one hand with QD in the other. 5. Wouldn't the clay take off too much - clay is meant for hand use.
At around $20 for some other brands, isn't this pretty expensive?
