  • Is this new?

I just saw on the enternet that porter cable has a rotary buffer called the 7428. I was wondering if this product was new or not and if so did anybody try it yet?

They have been out for sometime, we have had them at work for 4-5 years. I purchase new one last spring and I had a hard time finding one locally and was told they had been discontinued.

I have one. I got mine for cheap at Tools plus.

        www. tools-plus.com/p-c7428.html

I got mine when the price was $75 plus shipping and the total was something like $86 to my door. It works great.
You left out licking the water off. Oh, wait a minute, that's my cat, not my car. Uh, I mean my cat licks himself dry. I don't lick my cat dry. Or my car. -PC.

Huh... just checked PC's web site and they are still listed.

That is a great price! I think we pay 130-160 somewhere in there.

I have one. Got it on ebay after MaximusZTS told me about a great price there, but before he got his for a better price elsewhere. Seems to work just great although I haven't had as much practice as I'd like at this point.

I still need to get him back for that. Somehow, somewhere when you least expect it Shawn!!!
