I was told that wet sanding with the finest wet sand paper (I forgot the # ), would take out blemishes, swirles and spider webs, and leave a brilliant shine after waxing. Has anyone heard of this method? And if so, do you know the process? Any advise or Info. would be greatly appreciated. Thanks.

Re: Wet Sanding before waxing
Well, the person who told you this didn't explain the whole process to you. To get rid of the sanding markings from wet sanding, you will need a lot more than just a coat of wax. You will probably end up using a rotary buffer, some strong compounds, and a lot of work to get rid of those sanding marks. It is a lot of work. Be prepared and used a junk panel for some practice before you hit your own vehicle. By the way, if you are planning on wet sanding that vehicle in the picture, don't. Factory finishes do not have enough clear coat and the wet sanding marks are extremely difficult to remove.
I'll let some of the other guys explain the whole process to you.Chris

The most you want to do is: clay, polish, wax. And there are a *bunch* of ways to do that.
