Which one of these washes would be more suited for someone with extremely hard water?

NXT Wash is best suited for your application. The wash does contain mineral inhibitor's to reduce the probability of water spotting. On a side note I now believe NXT car wash to be Meguiar's best car wash. Of course that is my opinion. -
gold class wash/conditioner is still meguiars premium car wash.
But if your water is really hard use the nxt as mentioned above it works really good in hard water.
High tech wash is the slickest wash i have used and is very gentle on the finsh.
I regulary use all of the above washes and like them alot.Comment
