A12 (Consumer Cleaner/Wax) is a carnuba blend, so it has some carnuba and some synthetic ingrediants. I would imagine it has some sort of silicone in it, but it certainly isnt body shop safe at any rate.2017 Subaru WRX Premium - WR Blue -

All traces of silicone LSP should be removed from the exterior surface of the car before painting anyway. Any reputable painter should know this. If not, I would go eslewhere!Originally posted by Big View Post

It is less problematic than Taflon? Do you believe that another wax type (eg: acrylic, polymer) could be affected by a wax with silicone which was before applied to the painting?Comment

A wax which is applied over a painting having already had some silicone risks to affect the durability?
Is T*flon more problematic than the Silicone?
I believe that it is simple front of peinturer to remove the silicone, but is it also simple to remove T*flon?
The application of silicone or can T*flon affect the durability of wax applied by top?
