Removing fine scratches

    My arsenal: #80,26,nxt,colorx,scratchx,7 & 21.
    Car: Black colour

    Surface condition: Look wet under normal lighting.But once the sunlight shine on it, fine scratches appears.

    I am applying everything by hand.

    Any advice pls?
