That is my philosophy! Carnauba on top of synthetic. Synthetic for the lasting properties and the Carnauba for the look and feel.

I will try to meet him sometime. I just read his website. I have a lot of time on my hands if he ever needs help with any projects.

    Thanks!
Someone else originally lightly wetsanded that Civic and I still saw orange peel so I did it again. Normally I wouldn't wetsand a car a second time but is was done lightly the first time. It has Meguiar's NXT wax as a finish.

Notice the 100% Meguiar's link at the bottom!

    Thanks Mike!
Yes, I personally do the wetsanding. I've been doing it off and on for about 20 years. It is my hobby and side business. I mainly do freelance web design and video editing.

I would love to meet you sometime and share ideas. I will be at the LA Auto Show on Dec. 9. Are you going to be there by any chance? Is Meguiar's having a display?

According to Meguiars, 2 coats of any protectant/s is to even out the look and protection. Whether you get 2 semi-distinct layers, or they mix into some new blend is anyones guess.

    Of course. Used correctly.

Everyone talks about it, but we've never seen a single incident of proof...

What did they say in the 1980's?

    Where's the beef?
