How would one go about fixing this

This is a girls bumper. Supposedly she got rear ended an there was no visable damage but then 4 hours later the paint cracked.

I think the only way to fix it is repainted the bumper. I think she said the she thinks the bumper is cracked. What do you think?

Hey Sneek,

Composite bumpers can really hide a lot of damage that may be behind it that you can not see. I would strongly suggest that since she was hit from behind that she take it to the insurance company and then to a body shop for an estimate.
