Which trim cleaner/conditioner to use on Subaru?

I would like to use something on the trim (rubber window seals) of my Subaru. There is no window frame and the glass closes directly on the rubber trim. I'd like something that doesn't leave a film that will stick to the window if possible.

From what I've seen my choices are:
- Gold Class Vinly/Rubbber protectant
- NXT Tech Protect
- Natural Shine Vinyl & Rubber Protectant

Any others to recommend on one of these in particular that people really like?

Application method? Spray on microfiber & wipe?

Good luck... I just use All Season Dressing and clean the windows as needed.
