Highly unlikely, but you never know what you can do until you try. Are they scratches or cracks?
Either way, in order to remove them you have to remove all of the paint around them until the highest point on the surface is level with the lowest depth of the scratch or crack. Removing enough paint to remove the defect may mean removing so much paint that you go through the clear.
So...
You can give it a try in one small area and see what you can do.

I think they are scratches from all the years of high speed pebbles and other debris. I'll give ScratchX a shot. Not worth removing the paint since this car is about to go on Autotrader.
