The results are absolutely great!
I do have a few questions, though.
1. Did you use a polishing pad with the #80?
I'm guessing yes.
2. Did you use a polishing pad with the #82?
Again, I'm guessing yes.
3. Did you see marring after the #80?
The reason I ask is that I have been having good luck with #80 as my final polishing product. Next step is the LSP. On red, white, blue, silver, gold, and black vehicles.
4. In other words, did you really need the #82 or was it just part of a process you chose to follow?

I haven't, but I have considered it on a finish that is in pretty good shape to start with.

I used the 8006 pad for the 80 followed by the 82 with the 9006 pad.
I saw no marring with the 80, I do see marring when I use 83.
I chose to do that combo. It leaves a nice clear look.
