  • TFP-Polymer Sealant?

Dont know if I can post this hear, but I have a Q
Back in Feb, I went to the Houston Auto Show I bought the product above. I never applied it since I lost track of it and I found it just a few days ago. Anyone know about this product? What does it do? Thanks

Most products like this are some type of cleaner/wax, or cleaner/paint sealant. The reason for this is they are pitched to the masses and the masses have neglected paint and need something that's going clean the finish to restore the beauty and enable the wax to bond to the paint as wax won't stick to dirty paint.

Thanks. the guy sellin it had a real good gimmick. He would walk up to a brand new car, write on it with a permanent sharpie, let it dry, then he aksed us to run our finger through it, and it was dry and I couldnt take it off no matter how hard I tried. he then laid some of this on it, run it firmly with a tissue! and voila, it took the sharpie off, and left it so smooth. This is what made me want to buy it.

So where do you think I should apply this, between claying and polishing or polshing and waxing? Thanks

Well a cleaner/wax is a wax or LSP no matter how you look at it so it could be your last step or you could apply it and then apply a higher quality wax as your topper.

LOL get some DC1 and a terry towel and you too can preform this kind of magic.

Gold Class Paste Wax IMO a very high quality wax

take a look i am magic... the paint has been on that can of wax for about a year
              before

              after:

i couldn't really clean the rim of the lid becuase it was hard to get to with a towel
              I used DC1 and a terry
