  • Birds love my truck

I discovered the reason for my hood, mirrors and bumper being drenched in bird poop. Bugs. The birds are going after the bugs that have been splatted on my windshield, mirrors and grill. I've been parking my truck in the same place for the past ten years. This is a first. I hope the birds get the "flock" outa here soon. Till then It's a new parking place

Me too I park in the same spot all the time and get bird dropping on my right door all the time. So last week I turned the truck around, now I have droppings on the left door. They like sitting on my mirror and do there thing.

        Bird Droppings

Yes, I am getting frustrated too!! I park in my driveway where there are no power lines or trees and the birds still poop on my passenger side door by the sidewiew mirror. Each time I remove it with water and a soft cloth, the finish gets little scratches in it no matter how careful I am!!!!

Try spraying it with some Quik Detailer, let it sit in for a few seconds, soften up the bird droppings, and then wipe away using a Terry Cloth or a Microfiber. Give it a final wipe with a dry side and maybe even another spray of Quik Detailer. That usually works pretty well for me.
