G204B Ultimate Organizer (Size and construtction)

I was wondering if anyone knows the dimensions of the G204B organizer. I have limeted space in my trunk and was wondering if it would fit. Also does it have rigid sides or is it a soft side.

I don't have a tape measure with me but when I get a chance I can take some measurements and post them, until then here's a picture of one after a trip to Costco as it sits in the back of our Honda Pilot.

Yep! It does. It actually has buckles on the side to keep it collapsed while you're not using it... it's a VERY nice item to have.

Yes, the trunk organizer is collapsible it folds up and doesn't take up much room.
