I have this bucket full of MF and terry cloths. whats the best way to was them.

Can I set it to gentle wash in the washing machine with a small amount of dawn (dishwashing liquid) and spin dry. then hung dry.

Try to only wash microfiber polishing cloths with other microfiber polishing cloths.

Wash in warm and/or hot water
    Use normal laundry detergent
    Rinse as normal
Dry in the dryer without any fabric softners

I've used Dawn and various APC-type products in the washing machine with no problems. Just don't do a big load this way and keep the water level down fairly low to allow for lots of sudsing. I do multiple rinses afterwards, often just running another wash cycle with no detergent at all.
