There is a visible difference, but it looks like you are not using an aggresive enough product OR you are not working the product you do have long enough.

Different light types will expose more swirls than others.

I agree. anyway, since you are using a rotary buffer, you should also use products that are made for it too. when you posted the original issue (doing your car with the deep crystal system), I think that was the problem, since the deep crystal line is made for orbital or DA polishers.

you posted that you would use swirl remover (#9). that should fix the problem. just make sure you have your buffing pads completely clean. this prevents any unwanted swirls to be put on your car's finish.

also, if you use low RPM's just be sure not to exceed 1500.

If some swirls are left, refine them a little more with meguiar's Hand Polish. if you can't get that one, Use 3M imperial hand glaze. it works pretty cool too. as a last step, you can use a was or sealant. however, i've heard that if you usea a sealnt first and a wax as a second coating, your car shines way good.

and as a last tip, be sure your microfibers are clean, and in good condition. if they are dirty or in bad shape, no matter how much effort you put into removing swirls.....they'll bring them back.

      Hope this helps

Yeah the light is terrible in my workingsplace, very white light.
I think I'm stay using the riwax products.
First washing the car--->claying--->Than riwax star polish with rotary--->hand polish with carnuaba step 3 wax--->than the meguiar's sealent. Thought product N°21.
This would be good normal, i guess....
Just what could I use for cleaning the car than after polishing? The riwax shampoo with wax or a good meguiar's shampoo( pink bottle)?

Any quality car wash will work fine.

Being car crazy crosses international borders...the only thing that keeps us separate is distance (not as much of a factor now because of the internet) and language...although I would be willing to bet that two people who did not speak a work of each other's language could exchange a lot of information just by working hands-on together.
