I've started polishing my moms camry which is pretty beat up.
I started with
1) wash + clay
2) polishing
3) hand applying sealant + buff
4) hand applying wax + buff
step 2 is a bit tricky for me because I'm new to the PC.
I know you start off with a slow speed then you work your way up but what do you guys suggest I use as my max speed?
also how much lbs of pressure do you guys usually push down on the PC? i noticed if I apply more pressure, I get better results but I don't want to hurt the paint. I'm using a white polishing pad + optimum polish btw. i'm considering using a orange pad which has a light cutting ability also.
the car has minor swirls and light oxidation.
thanks!
