Fantastic results - although I'm not surprised at all. GC Trim Detailer is the product that got me hooked on Meguiars

Has anyone else had a problem with GC trim detailer running? I used it and it seems to run down the sides of the truck when it rains or moisture gets on it. Besides that the stuff rocks.

Not if you use it correctly. Per the instructions you need to buff off the stuff after application.

I did buff it off, i guess i need to try it again and put a little more into it.

I could see where on very pourus surfaces (read oxidized) you could have a hard time. I've had some good luck using softscrub (yeah, the kitchen stuff) to remove oxidation on plastic.

It is possible that you're using too much product. It may look like the product is even on the surface but if the surface is more rough it can cake up between the pores. Once rain or water runs over the trim surface the product because there is so much on there will get moist and start running. Keep in mind with Meguiars products a little goes a long way. Just an idea...
