I have a unique application, I build pool cues. I finish them with Acme FC710 clear coat by Shermin Williams.
After three coats and proper drying I sand the stick form 800 progressively to 1500. Then I am using M105 and M205 to polish put the finish. I find the products easy to use and even though I get a good finish it just does not have the luster that fresh paint does.
What can I do to bring back the original wet look?
Am I missing a step?
Should I use different products?
