Im almost certain it was one of the miniwax line products. If I figure it out, I will be sure to update.

my logic behind it is:
If you sand it, you're taking off a film of UV protection (That failed no less). The results from that failure are the oxidized lights. I dont want it to recur or at least I'd like to prolong it as much as possible. I feel a clear coat will do that. A tinted one will too, but I want clear

found it! Minwax polyurethane High Gloss. Next set of lights I do, Ill apply it and see how it works out.

Here @ Straight Line Detailing we do many many Head light reconditioning/Resurfacing. Prob. 30+ a month

We have been using many different clear coats after all the sanding and polishing has been done. Tryed spray on UV cured w/ UV light and some wipe on clears I'm not 100% happy with any of them. I will take some pics of the stuff I have been using. We charge $50.00 a set on most for dealers
