    Waterless wash after clay bar

    Hello everyone,

    I ran out of time claying the car. I plan to start back in the morning with compound/polish/wax.

    should I waterless wash the car before starting Incase there

    If it's in the garage, nah. Maybe just wipe the horizontal surfaces gently with a MF towel.

      Are you sure compound is needed ? Try using polish on a test spot first. It may save you a step and the car some paint.
      Compound is not always required.

        I’m gonna do some test spots. The roof is heavily oxidized (black car, Florida sun) I’m not sure it can be saved. Other than a few scratches and chips the rest of the paint looks brand new.
