Pleae tell me what is this on my paint!

Hello i have these spot on thr rear hatch. Are these by chance from tree sap? Can i repair this with cutting or should i just apply touch up paint and clear to the spots? Thank you!

When zooming in it appears to be clear coat damage from something, bird droppings or tree sap. Visual inspection is only one half of the solution though. What does it feel like? Is it a raised piece of grime/sap? Or does it feel like it's damage INTO the paint, so you can feel the edge of the hole?

Its a little bit raised has a semi rough texture on all of them.

Maybe try wet sanding?

It is difficult to tell from the picture provided. Another picture would help. I would not revert straight to wet sanding. You mentioned it feels rough to the touch. This could be an indication there is some sort of substance stuck on top of the paint. Do you think this is the issue?

Following Nick's thought, I'd wet sand last, if at all. Assuming it's on top of the paint, like sap, try products like Turtle Wax Bug & Tar Remover. Also worth trying, rubbing alcohol or acetone. And after you try these products, wash the area good and reapply your wax.
