I had the same issue. The conclusion I've made is that I'd better replace them with the new ones. But, anyway, I used vinegar to remove those bolts. It helped me remove the bolts. My friend from Scrooz recommended that I do it. Once, he helped me choose some screws and rivets at https://www.scrooz.com.au/fasteners/rivets/, so that's the reason I can trust him.
