Have some questions regarding the products.

I read and read about the ULW, cant figure out if i need 2 coats. The car is black and i have good lighting. I had no problem see the PP365 last year, so i guess i would see now aswell were i've been and not? What i have understood a second coat dosent give it more protection, it just fills the gaps were you missed first time, correct?

Second question. I've done the clay, the UC and yesterday UP. And am very intressted in the Fast finsih as a last touch up (after ULW). However my body is complete destroyed after 2 days, so is there a problem applying fast finish say like next week? I'll wash the car of course, would that be okey?

1) Two coats is better than one, but you are correct, a second coat doesn't necessarily double up on protection and is not absolutely required. A second coat will ensure you have even coverage. Also, especially with a full synthetic like our Ultimate Liquid Wax, it would be best to apply the second coat a full 12 - 24 hours apart from the first. This will allow the polymers to fully cure. (if there is any dust present on the vehicle after the curing time, prior to applying a second coat, remove with your favorite detail spray.)

2) Absolutely OK to apply Ultimate Fast Finish at a later time.

One side note for future reference, if you are looking to complete a multi step process for the whole car, you can split up the time throughout a week or more. For example Sunday, Wash & Dry the car, call it a day. Monday, if there is any light dust, remove with Quik Detailer. Then clay, compound, polish, wax, just the hood. Call it a day. Tuesday, if there is any light dust, remove with Quik Detailer, clay, compound, polish, wax maybe the two front fenders & the front bumper. Call it a day. Etc. Etc. Of course this will depend on the weather in your area, but if all that is present is light contaminants each day, it's perfectly OK to remove with Quik Detailer, and then continue working on the car. By the end of the week, you could have the whole vehicle done, and your not exhausting yourself trying to get it done in one day.

Well, my typichal luck as soon as i was done and rolled out from the garage it started to rain. (have to love Swedish summers). I have to see tomorrow how the body feels, if not i just go for one coat.

And GREAT i'll have it a go next week. I know i know, i wish i had the time to take it easy. But we only have one car and with a 2,5 year old in the house i kinda need the car. Strange though i have 5 weeks vacation from work and i end up doing it last week of it (spent 22 hours in 3 days). However this was the very first time i ever did it with a machine and all steps. I kinda know now what am up against. Next year will be more easy i think. Have a hole year to plan and rethink what you wrote
