Is this product safe for use on Matte surfaces? Its description on many websites list "Gloss" (amazon,Walmart,autogeek..etc)

Does UQD contain UV inhibitors?

I am trying to figure out is UQD is a good LSP for protecting the wrap from bird droppings and sun exposure.
