    Wheel Brightener - how strong can I go with it?

    I have some really stubborn brake dust on a 2013 X5 that I just purchased. I've used Wheel Brightener at the recommended 4:1 concentration, which works fantastic except for some stubborn brake dust on the front rims. Is it safe to make a stronger mix? How strong can I safely go with it?
