Leather cleaner expires?

Had a bottle of the leather cleaner conditioner. It has basically solidified at this point. Stored in the same conditions as waxes which are fine but this has almost turned solid. Even leaving it in direct sunlight had no impact. It's ridiculous I have to buy a new bottle before I've used all of this one.

How old was the bottle?

I don't remember exactly maybe 2 years old? It's newer then the waxes.

If it is water based, perhaps add a little water and shake it up.

Typical shelf life of most all of our products is 3 - 5 years and should be exposed to prolonged extreme heat or cold. I don't remember the date of purchase. The waxes which are definitely older and stored together are like new. Waxed the cars few weeks ago.

I concur with Nick - anytime I've spoken to Customer Support with issues with a product they've been very helpful. Give them a call! They're good about not making you jump through hoops.
