Hey Everyone
My name is Oliver.
Im from Montreal Quebec Canada.
My first language is french
Im new here and I have question.
I have a new car.
The shift lever panel is a piano black gloss color/material.
Its scratches so so easily.
So of course Ive scratched it just running a simple cloth over it.
So I went and bought PlastX and a microfiber.
Well what can I say
I dont know what I did wrong but it made things even worse
Now the whole panel has scratches all over.
Its almost ruined.
It did not work at all. It made things a lot worse.
So Yesterday I discovered that the back of my key fob is made of the same piano black gloss color-material. So I try it again. Yeah lol I know. Why didn't I try it at the back of my key in the first place??????!!!!
So I tell myself ok maybe you went a little too hard at it the first time
So I put plastx on the key and start rubbing, this time very very gently
Nope doesnt work again
Now the back of my key is full of scratches
Ok screw the key
But besides changing the shift lever panel what can I do to try to fix it?
Thanks everyone!
Any help will be greatly appreciated.
btw i would post a picture to show you guys, if only i can find the way to do it...
