  • Quick question about engine dressing...

Hello everyone long time no see, I had a question regarding engine dressing or something to help clean and shine the engine. I'm eagerly waiting to try Meguiars mirror bright tire and rubber shine as soon as it comes out in my area, as for now, would something like Meguiars hot shine tire foam, supreme shine or natural shine serve as a possible engine dressing? Has anyone tried using these as engine dressings? I know you can use supreme or natural shine on the tires as well as on dashboards so would it then be ok to use it on the plastic within the engine compartment? Thank you all for your time and happy new year!

      Hi strader327,

Our Natural Shine & Supreme Shine Protectants are OK to use on engine plastics but you would not want to use any of our dedicated products for tires like hot shine or endurance. Also, yes, the new Mirror Bright Vinyl & Rubber Treatment Spray can be used on engine plastics.
