DA Polisher - Trouble

My DA Polisher appears to have the power cutting out. (Video here: https://youtu.be/hFPllendg-o) Is there something to fix or to replace to get it back to normal? I replaced the brushes (although the original ones appeared barely used - no difference, still cutting out). I didn't try wiggling the cord.

Try wiggling the cord, I've had my PC short out three times. Twice where the cord goes into the body of the machine and once at the plug. I've rewired it twice and replaced the plug the third time. It's an easy fix, but if you're not comfortable playing with things electrical, it shouldn't be too hard to find a repair shop. (AND since it looks to be a Meguiar's machine, I'm also quite sure Megs will help with the issue).
