Stored properly, what's the shelf life? Wondering if I need to replace my three year old can before the spring.

No need to buy a new can. 3-5 years is the general guideline for all Meguiars products, as long as they are stored at room temp. Keep them away from extreme temps, and especially avoid freezing. If it is clumpy or watery, it probably went bad.
