Greetings all,

My name is Dan and I am from sunny Southern California. My passion for automotive detailing started from washing and waxing my parents vehicles at 11 years old. I would consider myself a weekend warrior when it comes to detailing as weekdays are consumed by my 9 to 5 gig. I'm here to absorb as much knowledge as possible on automotive detailing, be it from vets or rooks.

My name is Buster. I am in Central Texas. Meguiars in my opinion is a top performing detailing brand. I am however not impressed with Paint Protect 365. I applied the PC 365 on my wife's Durango. The cure time was about a week before the rain fell. I understand this is a sheeting coat. I washed, ipa wipe and applied PPM 365. To knock down the high spots, I used the MT 300 with a black finishing 6 in pad. I did the plastic bag technique to check for bonded contaminants and none felt. When the temp warms up once more I will attempt another layer after proper preparation. Any advice would be appreciated
