New Mirror Bright Detailer

Hi Mike,
Will the new M-B Spray Detailer enhance the shine/gloss of paint like UQD does? Can it be used on matte finished paints? And finally is it safe to use on interior leather?

Sorry we missed this Vettefan. Yes, Mirror Bright Detailing Spray will enhance shine/gloss like UQD does. We would rank the gloss level in-between Gold Class and Ultimate. Mirror Bright Detailing Spray can be used on matte finished paints like our other Quik Detailer Sprays. It should be noted when using a Meguiar's quik detailer on matte/flat paint, it is especially important to work on a cool surface and not rub aggressively. Mirror Bright Detailing Spray can be used on interior leather, and will leave a gloss similar to Meguiar's Quik Interior Detailer, clean, but not shiny.

I'm going to say yes that it does leave something behind. How durable it is, I am not sure.

I did a test comparing Mirror Bright to a new product that I was sent from an Autogeek giveaway.

The surface was prepped with a DA using a polishing pad with a fine polish. Followed with an IPA wipe to have bare paint. I applied Mirror Bright to this area. I left this test hood sitting out overnight as it was going to rain overnight. This is what I saw the next day. There was some nice beading going on. it also had some nice sheeting action. It was there the day after it rained.
