Meguiars Ultimate Liquid Wax separating in bottle??

I went to use my leftover from last fall Meguiars Ultimate Liquid Wax a few days ago, I had about 1/3 of a bottle left. It sounded watery when shaking it and I was right, here is what it looks like. The other bottle I had gotten at the same time is fine. This was fine when I used it last fall now is junk. It did not freeze, any idea what may have happened. I hate having to throw it away but it will not mix back up.
