It's a good aid to remove compound and polish residue. But from my understanding there is no sort of "cleaning" that will remove polishing oils.

Meguiar's M34 Final Inspection is a great spray detailer for removing light dust & finger prints, and also great for removing "dried on" compound or polish residues. Meguiar's M34 Final Inspection is not strong enough to strip off polishing oils or waxes from a painted surface.Nick Winn
