What are you using for your door pillar posts and chrome trim ?
What are you using for your door pillar posts and chrome trim ?
What can I use to bring back the shine of my black metal door pillar posts (not sure if that is the correct term) and chrome trim ? Similar to the photo below.
Re: What are you using for your door pillar posts and chrome trim ?
I use a cleaner wax such as ColorX, or sometimes a mild polish such as UP or SwirlX.
Just be careful to keep it off the rubber bits

I own a silver vehicle and a black vehicle owns me. The black one demands attention, washing, detailing, waxing and an occasional dinner out at a nice restaurant. The silver one demands nothing and it looks just fine. I think the black vehicle is taking advantage of me, and the silver car is more my style. We can go out for a drive without her makeup and she looks fine. If I want to take the black one out, it is three or four hours in the "bathroom" to get ready.

Davey, Eldorado thanks for the advice guys !!
I thought I'd need a specialty product for that.
Guz, I have Megs Ultimate Compound, Ultimate Polish and the Liquid Ultimate Wax
I also have Mothers Carnauba Wash & Wax and Showtime. They were packaged along with the clay bars I picked up.
Speaking of that how is the Mothers Carnauba Wash & Wax ? And can I follow that up with Megs Liquid Ultimate Wax ?
I never actually got around to using either Showtime or the W & Wax.
