    G220v2

    I have bought a new g220v2 dual action polisher and its says that it has cruise control and it kicks in as soon as it feels pressure , but mine when i use it and put on some pressure i nearly stop the pad from turning!!! Is it normal ? Somebody can help pls. Thanks

    What speed are you running at, and how much pressure are you applying (say in lb or kg approximately)?

      Hi thanks davey for the reply, i use it between 3 to 4 speed. About pressure i dont know to tell the truth, but i watched a Meguairs video clip about it , it shows that the guy when he applies prussure the polisher revs up and tries to stable the speed , mine does not change any speed or try to its just slow down !! Thanks

        Sounds like it might be faulty. Can you take it back?

          I don't know what speed this is being run at and it is a G110v2 but yours should do the same. It looks as if he is on speed 4 or 5. I would expect the machine to stop at speed 3.
