I've finally registered! After weeks of reading through pages.

Things have been getting serious with my car care, I now use the best grout sponges, some old beach towels, and a used spackle bucket, along with some dish soap, mixed in with the bathroom hand soap to produce stellar results! All thanks to these pages!

To make things even more serious about my car care my wife and kids bought me a DA for father's day that I got to use on my day off! Awesome results btw from ultimate polish.

Glad to be apart of the community now!!

Welcome to the forum.

If you really want to get serious, you should consider getting better washing and drying media.

Leave the beach towels, grout sponges and dish soap for house use.

So my method of dry wiping to remove loose dirt/ debris, single bucket, dish soap/ sponge in hard pressed small circles, towel dry was way wrong?

Nah, I was just kidding from the beginning! Lol.

But I did just get a sweet d/a with chemical guys pads. And I really did get great results from a 1 step paint correction using ultimate polish.

Really all my paint needed.
