  • Soft Buff 2.0 "Pad" Problems

    Good Evening...

I would like to report some quality issues with the Meguiar's Soft Buff 2.0 Pads, specifically the W7207 (cutting pad) and the W9207 (finishing pad)...

They cutting pad was new starting this weekend... did one (1) truck Dodge Ram 1500. The finishing pad was used once before on a single Infiniti G37 fender... and two of these pads separated.

The finishing pad explosively blew apart on the Meguiar's G110v2 DA... The cutting pad is beginning to separate and has a funny warble sound when polishing... looks like it is about ready to violently fail.

    I would like the ask,

    Thank you!

    That's not good!

I'm sure Meguiar's customer service will look after you...

We can go out for a drive without her makeup and she looks fine. If I want to take the black one out, it is three or four hours in the "bathroom" to get ready.

I sure hope they do... I am a pretty loyal customer since I was old enough to drive... It is almost an obsession being I buy many of their products by the gallon!
