Diluted properly I don't see why you should have any problems.

You should have no problems at all, just make sure to always work on one wheel at a time from start to finish. Never spray a product on to all four wheels and then start agitating and rinsing the first - by the time you get to that 4th wheel odds are you're going to start having some problems. Allowing a cleaning product on either end of the pH scale (APC is alkaline, for the record) can lead to staining that is difficult to remove at best.

          Ok thank you Mike...
I already have been used it.. It works...

But I have some issue when I using it on the tires...
I have mixed APC with water 1 : 4.. but my tires still browning after rinsed...

should i jump to Super Degreaser ?

Yes, Super Degreaser works better at cleaning tires.
In my opinion D101 at 4:1 works ok at cleaning tires. D143 works way better. But D108 at 4:1 is unmatched when it comes to cleaning tires & wheel wells.
